Hello, I have 2 pending withdrawals, one from March 26, 2022, for $513 and it is rejected, and the refund is not reflected anywhere and the other one is for $800, from April 1 and it is pending. I would like you to please help me to solve my IPC email is lauravg824@gmail.com and my ID IB333597 the transaction ID of the first withdrawal of March 26 for 513 dollars is 15736686 and of April 1 of 800 dollars the ID is 15868424 , I appreciate your fast asnwer

hola , tengo 2 retiros pendientes, 1 del 26 de Marzo del 2022 , de 513 dólares y me sale rechazado, y no se refleja el reembolso en ningún lado y el otro es de 800 dólares, del 1 de abril y me sale en pendiente, quisiera por favor que me ayuden a resolver mi correo de IPC es lauravg824@gmail.com y mi ID IB333597 el ID de transacción del primer retiro del 26 de marzo por 513 dólares es 15736686 y del 1 de abril de 800 dólares el ID es 15868424, le agradezco su pronta respuesta
