My new account was liquidated while in hospital

I registered on eToro on 5 November and deposited $2000 I was taken ill and didn't have time to confirm my address for tax purposes in the Middle East. 20 hours ago I was notified that my account had been liquidated for failing to meet eToro margin requirements or verification requirements. at no point during the registration process was I notified if I didn't qualify I would lose my deposit
