This company is untrustworthy

I am waiting for my withdrawal. It's been more than 20 days I requested for a withdrawal. I email every day but no response from them Pleaded for them to Refund my money but they ignored every message so I sort out help with Traceasset*org and filed for a refund which was later granted.
