unable to withdraw and locked account

Dear sir /Madam. My account is locked and not withdrawing my money. i deposit tax of 566% to withdraw my 2800 $. my account is 308134 while in Titan. now brocker merged with yun shang hui Xin Limited and now account is 730007. my capital amount is 1750$ something and with profit it is 2831$ and platform gave me 100$ and now it is 2931$. I wanted to withdraw my amount but brocker prohibit my account. please help me to withdraw my amount. thankyou
