Now allow to withdraw from account

The broker provide liability credit of 20000$ for trading. And advise to close the liability credit for allowing withdrawal. I paid 20000$ and request for withdrawal. But they are not releasing payment. They are informing that stock exchange now releasing the payment further demand 2500$ for release the payment
