Scam frozen all my funds without reason

I have 1481 USDT funds in my wealth engine account which are frozen by wealth engine platform without any solid reason. I am a verified customer of wealth engine but this platform again and again try to scam and want to capture all of my funds. They deliver messages that for verification purpose you should deposit 100 USDT in your account. But after 100 USDT deposit they once again told that you should again deposit 10% of your frozen amount for verification. Firstly they they freeze all deposit amount and then again and again demand more deposit for verification however i am already verified customer
